Licensing, Options & Pricing for Paralda

There are two major ways to deploy Paralda in your organization, one is an On Site setup and the other is a SaaS solution. In both configurations the exact same web based Paralda is being used so that all Paralda options and functions are available in any configuration. The On Site solution package allows you to deploy, maintain and administer your own company servers. The SaaS solution package includes a carefully selected SaaS-Provider that will run Paralda on the servers for your organization. Both solutions have their advantages depending on your organization or needs. Paralda specially offers these two configurations so that customers can freely decide what's best for their organization. If you have multiple (geographical) offices, or a lot of home workers, this does not affect your choice, while the possibilities in both setups remain exactly the same. A more important factor would be the location of your sensitive information storage or investments in servers. A note on Storage: While most other products mention storage limits or limits per user, Paralda is natively designed with a BI vision & hierarchy. The intelligence, such as mail, notes, appointments, and files do not belong to users, but to the company in a Paralda environment. This is why there are no storage limits or storage prices mentioned on a per user basis in Paralda.

On Site Paralda setup: This is a very good option when having sensitive and or large amounts of data and BI that you rather keep, store & backup inhouse. Good Candidates: - Goverment - Development & Research - Lawyers and Judges - Medical Branch - Consultant Branch - etc.

SaaS Paralda setup: This is a good option when you do not want to invest, maintain or administer your own on-site servers within your company. Good Candidates: - Small Starting Companies - Independant Persons who form a Joined Venture - Companies whitout a physical Head Office - Franchising Companies - etc.
